I’m kicking off a series called Admired, where I get to profile my favorite business crushes, feature the beautiful things they make, and make them spill the beans on all their tech secrets.
Good things come in small packages, a concept that 4’10” Kathryn Hribar embraces. She creates tiny, functional ceramics in her 520-square-foot studio in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles. Her line, Funsize Ceramics, is carried at large websites like Scoutmob, but also in a Pasadena shop aptly named Tiny Universe. Funsize includes adorable products like mini butter crocks, espresso cups and vases. Scroll past all these beautiful pictures, and read Hribar’s tech Q&A, which surprisingly included mention of an enormous boom box.
